Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their own Privacy Policies.
Analytics
We use third-party Service Providers, including Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of Our Service.
-
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google LLC ("Google") that tracks and reports website traffic. Google Analytics uses Cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages You visit, the time You spend on them, the website that referred You, Your approximate location (derived from Your IP address), and information about Your Device and browser. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Our Service. This data may be shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
We use this information in aggregate form to understand how visitors use the Website and to improve it. We do not use Google Analytics to collect information that personally identifies You, such as Your name or email address.
You can opt out of having Your activity on the Service made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity. You may also block or delete Cookies through Your browser settings.
For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: https://policies.google.com/privacy. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We may also use other analytics tools that operate in a similar manner. Any such tools are used only to understand and improve the Website and are subject to the same limits described in this Privacy Policy.
Payments
We provide newborn care services for a fee. Payments for these services are not made directly through the Website. Instead, We invoice clients and accept payment through third-party payment processors and client management platforms (for example, invoicing and payment software, card processors, or bank transfer services).
When You pay for Our services, You may provide payment information, such as Your name, billing address, and payment card or bank account details, directly to the third-party payment processor. We do not store or collect Your full payment card or bank account details on Our servers. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors, whose use of Your Personal Data is governed by their own Privacy Policies. These payment processors are expected to adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
We may retain records of Your invoices, payment amounts, payment dates, and the last four digits of a payment card (where provided by the processor) for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, in accordance with the "Retention of Your Personal Data" section above.

Exercising Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact Us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (945) 372-1097. Only You, or a person You authorize to act on Your behalf (an "authorized agent"), may make a request related to Your personal information.
Your request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom We collected personal information, or an authorized representative of that person.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with Us may request, once per calendar year, information about the personal information (if any) We disclosed to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact Us using the contact information provided below.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services that collect personally identifiable information from California residents to post a privacy policy. In accordance with CalOPPA:
- Users may visit Our Website anonymously, without providing any personally identifiable information.
- A link to this Privacy Policy is included on the home page of Our Website and in the footer of every page.
- This Privacy Policy describes the categories of personally identifiable information We collect, the categories of third parties with whom We may share it, and how We notify Users of material changes (see "Changes to this Privacy Policy" below).
- The effective date of this Privacy Policy is shown at the top of this page as the "Last updated" date.
- You may review and request changes to the personally identifiable information We hold about You by contacting Us using the contact information below.
"Do Not Track" Policy as Required by CalOPPA
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that You do not want Your online activity tracked. Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, Our Website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, as described above, We do honor Global Privacy Control signals, and You may opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on described in the "Analytics" section.
Third parties, including Google, may collect personally identifiable information about Your online activities over time and across different websites when You use Our Service. Children's and Minors' Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 16.
If You are a parent or guardian and You believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers as soon as reasonably possible.
Some countries and states set a higher age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their own Personal Information. Where We rely on consent as a legal basis and the law applicable to a User sets an age higher than 16, We may require the consent of that User's parent or guardian before We collect and use their Personal Information.
Links to Other Websites
