When you’re running on two hours of sleep and second-guessing every feed, it’s hard to soak any of it in. Having someone experienced in your corner changes that. You rest, you heal, you ask all the questions, and you get to truly enjoy your baby instead of just getting through the day.

With the right support in place, you can step into parenthood feeling restful and empowered... not exhausted and overwhelmed.

Support Shaped Around Your Family

The quality of care I provide is the same across every service. What changes is when you need me and how much coverage feels right. Not sure which one fits? That’s exactly what our consultation call is for!

“She didn’t just feel like a consultant, she felt like family”

Working with Hayley was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine- always meeting us with a calm, reassuring presence and encouragement that we were doing a great job with our baby. Postpartum can be a mentally and physically difficult time but Hayley’s warm presence made us feel at ease.  Hayley was always timely and professional. What truly set her apart was how much she went above and beyond just helping with our baby. She didn’t just feel like a consultant, she felt like family. Her care and support meant so much to all of us, and even now, my older children still ask about her, which says everything about the connection she built in such a short time. We are so grateful for Hayley. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, dedicated, and truly exceptional care.

“It can be hard to justify night help, but for us she was a life saver.”

Hayley worked with us in the fall of 2024 with the birth of our third child. It can be hard financially to justify night help, but for us she was a life saver. Our daughter cried so much less on the nights Hayley was here, or maybe we just slept that much harder knowing she was well taken care of. It is a little weird having someone come into your home while you sleep, but Hayley made it a perfectly natural transition every time. She knew exactly when to let our daughter drift off to sleep in her crib and when she needed to cuddle. She was always professional, on time, and easygoing about what swaddles we wanted to try. Our older two children would often try to stay up so they could see her, or wake up extra early to see her in the morning. We strongly recommend her to all our friends!

"The sleep allowed us to recover from the birth experience and become overall better parents to our children after having twins."

Hayley has been amazing for us with night help. Her ability to smoothly transition our twin baby boys from the hospital to our home has been greatly appreciated by us. The sleep afforded to us allowed us to recover from the birth experience and become overall better parents to our children. If one is one the fence about using her services we would advocate that you do so. Having twins is definitely not like our first pregnancy with one boy. Truly a game changer.

"Hayley has incredible care, poise, calm, and attunement."

We had the good fortune to have Hayley work with us and our newborn for three weeks in May of 2024. Our baby boy was a preemie, born at 35 weeks and 3 days, and he was very small and sleepy. Hayley handled him and his needs with incredible care, poise, calm, and attunement. She was able to get him to eat with patience and perseverance, and we always felt very relieved when she arrived for the day or the night. She was flexible and reassuring and brought an unflappable sense of calm and competence to her work. We slept with ease when Hayley stayed overnight because, after watching her in action and the way our son responded to and connected with her, we had great trust in her ability to care for him. She was a joy to work with, and I wish we could have worked with her for months longer. We can’t say enough good things about her.

"She has such valuable insight that ultimately led to consistent sleep.”

Hayley worked overnight 1–2 nights a week starting when my daughter was about 2 weeks old. I found her to be punctual, responsible, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. In the early weeks, she would bring the baby to me for feeding several times throughout the night, then settle her back to sleep. As my daughter got older, Hayley helped with the natural overnight weaning process, extending her (and my) sleep. This was my first baby, and Hayley provided valuable insight and recommendations which ultimately led to consistent sleep intervals in the first half of the night by the time my daughter was 9 weeks old. In the morning, she would provide a detailed timeline of the night. I continue to use Hayley for periodic babysitting and would highly recommend her.

Little by Little, Longer Sleep

There’s nothing like watching a baby’s stretches of sleep grow a little longer each week. Together, we’ll lay a healthy foundation and work toward sleeping through the night.

Have More Questions?

When should I book newborn care?

Ideally during pregnancy! I recommend reaching out as early as possible since I typically book contracts in advance. However, if your baby has already arrived, please still reach out! I may have current or upcoming availability and would be happy to see if I can provide support.

What happens if my baby comes early or late?

We’ll stay in communication as the due date gets closer and adjust the start date based on when baby actually arrives. I build some flexibility into my schedule around due dates.

How long do families typically work with you?

My average contract is around 12–16 weeks, but every family is different. Some families may only need a few weeks of support while others choose to work with me for several months.

How many nights per week can I book?

I typically require a minimum of 4 nights per week, with many families booking 5–7 nights. Depending on my schedule and availability, I may occasionally be able to accommodate fewer nights, so you’re always welcome to reach out and ask.

How long are overnight shifts?

10–12 hours with a 10-hour minimum.

Do you work with twins or multiples?

Yes! Twins are actually my favorite.

Do you support breastfeeding families?

Yes, I can work alongside whatever feeding plan the family chooses, including breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or a combination.

Will you help get my baby on a schedule?

Yes! This is actually one of my favorite parts of what I do. I love helping families establish age-appropriate routines and schedules while also recognizing that every baby is different and newborn schedules need to be flexible.

Will you help my baby sleep through the night?

Yes, this is something I love working toward with families who want it. We can establish healthy sleep habits from the beginning and work toward longer stretches of nighttime sleep as baby grows and it becomes developmentally appropriate. I don’t believe in promising that every baby will sleep through the night by a specific age because every baby is different.

Do you sleep during overnight shifts?

I lightly sleep while baby is sleeping, but I remain responsible for their care throughout the night and wake as soon as they need me.

Are you available outside of Dallas?

Yes, Dallas is my home base, but I continue to work with families in other cities and am available for travel contracts.

Do you require a retainer to reserve dates?

A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve dates on my calendar.

How does payment work?

Clients are invoiced at the end of each work week for services provided that week.

What if we need additional support after baby arrives?

If you find that you’d like additional nights, hours, or extended support after baby arrives, I’m always happy to discuss adding care based on my availability.
